talabat Kitchens, the cloud kitchen arm of the delivery platform talabat, is accelerating growth across the MENA region by offering an asset-light model that enables restaurants to expand without significant capital or operational burden. The network now supports more than 1,000 partners, ranging from global franchises to local SMEs, helping them reach new communities, increase order volumes and maintain operational flexibility.

Central to this expansion is Pepper, talabat’s proprietary platform that integrates predictive demand forecasting, location and partner matching, kitchen efficiency tools and real-time performance monitoring. The system allows kitchens to operate more efficiently, optimise delivery routes and scale operations intelligently while minimising waste and reducing environmental impact.

The proximity-based kitchen model brings food closer to consumers, improving delivery speed and reliability while lowering emissions. By combining data-driven intelligence with strategically located kitchens, talabat Kitchens offers partners consistent performance and supports sustainable growth.

Since launching its first site in Abu Dhabi in 2020, talabat Kitchens has grown to over 500 kitchen stalls across the region.
