Randy is based in Amsterdam and leads our Customer and Digital Strategy in the Netherlands. Before Netherlands, he has been based in Shanghai China for 3.5 years and in Sydney, Australia for 3 years working for a range of multinationals across AsiaPac.
Randy has been trained in the application of Roger Martin’s Cascade of Choices and application of Monitor Deloitte strategic frameworks. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and has published several articles especially in the areas of emerging markets, market entry and growth strategy
Randy has supported several Fortune 500 companies with defining and implementation of their corporate and business unit strategies including: FrieslandCampina, Cargill, McCain, LambWeston, Hitachi, Ahold, DSM Food & Animal Nutrition, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Wesfarmers, Lion Dairy, McDonalds, Inghams, Agrifirm and Syngenta
