Since 1705 we have been milling wheat with pure passion. We have put the best technology at the service of artisan culture and in our plants we grind over 430 tons of soft wheat per day, 80% of which is Italian and 20% from Romagna. We produce over 60 types of flour from soft wheat, spelt and other cereals. Our flours are 100% natural, without the addition of enzymes and chemical agents.
