The company began producing durum wheat semolina pasta for the local market, but the good results soon expanded Pastificio Gallo’s reach worldwide. Market growth led to the expansion of the old plant. The new facility uses the most advanced technologies, ensuring product quality while preserving its organoleptic properties.
