The food and beverage (F&B) industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a strong appetite for growth – with premium-casual dining emerging as a fast-growing subset in between Michelin-starred restaurants and fast-food outlets.
As the Kingdom continues to invest in The Quality of Life Program, seeking to diversify sports, culture and entertainment opportunities under Vision 2030, it is only natural that the F&B sector should reflect the same social and economic growth. From local startups to international chains, healthy competition has given rise to more physical eateries, pop-ups, food trucks, and mobile delivery applications in major cities as well as smaller destinations such as AlUla.
