It recognises products that deliver on flavor, ease of consumption, and consistency, catering to on-the-go consumers and evolving eating habits. Entries will be judged on taste, convenience, ingredient quality, and overall consumer appeal.

This award proudly showcases the best of Saudi food and beverage products and brands. It celebrates products that embody the rich culinary heritage and innovative spirit of the Kingdom, highlighting local ingredients, traditional techniques, and modern advancements. Entries will be judged on quality, authenticity, and contribution to the growth of the Saudi F&B sector.

It celebrates innovative formulations, clean ingredients, and nutritional benefits, catering to the growing demand for healthier food and beverage choices in Saudi Arabia. Entries will be judged on nutritional value, ingredient quality, and overall health impact.

This award celebrates standout snack products that deliver exceptional taste, texture, and convenience for today’s on-the-go consumer. It recognises products that combine creativity with broad consumer appeal, whether through bold flavors, better-for-you formulations, or innovative formats. Entries will be judged on taste, quality of ingredients, texture, packaging, and overall snacking experience.

This award recognises exceptional dairy products that demonstrate excellence in quality, taste, and craftsmanship. It celebrates both traditional favourites and innovative developments across dairy categories. Entries will be judged on flavor, texture, freshness, ingredient quality, and overall product consistency, reflecting the highest standards in dairy production.

This award recognises outstanding beverage products that deliver exceptional taste, quality, and consumer appeal. It celebrates both traditional and innovative drinks across categories, from refreshing classics to functional and premium offerings. Entries will be judged on flavor, aroma, balance, ingredient quality, and overall drinking experience.

 

Criteria & Eligibility

1. Participation is free.

2. Only The Saudifood Show 2026 confirmed exhibitors are entitled to participate in The Saudifood Excellence Awards.

3. Exhibitors can enter multiple categories; however, each category would need to be completed in a separate online form.

4. Exhibitors can enter multiple different products/ company initiatives; however, each product/innovation would need to be completed on a separate online form.

5. Entries can be from a brand-new product/innovation or initiative, re-launch of an established product or launch of an innovative initiative

6. Entries of products launched/re-launched strictly during the 12-month period of May 2025 to September 2026

7. Entries can only be submitted online through the official Saudifood Exhibitor Portal. Entries sent via email will not be accepted.

8. Participants are responsible for uploading product information, images and videos themselves. This data will be utilised for the adjudication process and Saudi Food Show marketing purposes only, and deleted once the winners are announced.

9. The judging panel will be looking for innovations that demonstrate originality, deliver measurable industry value, respond to evolving consumer needs, and contribute to a more sustainable future for the F&B sector.

10. Entries will be evaluated across key criteria, including aroma, taste, texture and body, formulation, presentation, originality, and overall industry impact.

Submission Deadline: 31 August 2026 & Participation is free.

Shortlist Announcement: The shortlist will be announced on 2nd / 3rd week of September.
Shortlisted entries will proceed to the second round, which includes live judging.

Mark Your Calendars, as winners will be unveiled on 27 September 2026, the first day of The Saudifood Show.
