Visa on Arrival
Apply for Visa-on-Arrival at one of Saudi Arabia's entry points if any of the following conditions apply:
- The visa is valid.
- The visa has to be used at least once and have an entry stamp of the issuing country.
- Holders of permanent residence from (US,UK or EU) after ensuring presence of the resident. This includes first-degree relatives of the visa holders coming with them.
Consulate Visa
Visitors that are not from eligible countries list should apply for a consulate visa through.

GET TO THE VENUE WITH EASE
Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC) is a well-equipped modern exhibition center with innovative design and facility. It is located at the King Abdullah Road near Exit 10 (AlKharj-Airport highway) on the Eastern Ring Road.
BY FLIGHT:
You can reach Riyadh from outside the country through King Khalid International Airport. The airport is big enough for 12 million visitors, is extremely well organised, offers exceptional services, free WIFI, a wide range of restaurants and comfortable waiting areas.
The largest national airlines are Saudia, Flynas and Flyadeal.
BY TAXI:
If you need a taxi in Riyadh, you can call SAFWA Taxi at +966 92 001 0068 for a pickup service. Alternatively, you can book via Careem or simply pre-book a reliable Welcome Pickups transfer if you know when and where you'll be needing a ride!
Car services like Uber and Careem are both available all across Saudi Arabia. If you have either app on your smartphone you can use it in Riyadh otherwise, you can download either app from the Google Play or Apple store to your mobile device.

Saudi Arabia has opened its borders for travel and all restrictions have been lifted
- A COVID-19 test and vaccination certificate is not required for entry into the country
- Arrivals are not required to quarantine
- Face masks are not required at the expo venue (Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center)
- Restaurants are open and public transportation is operational
- Insurance is mandatory for holders of all visit visas / entry permits to cover the costs of COVID-19 treatment if needed during traveler stay
