JUDGING CRITERIA
Judges will consider the structure, presentation and clarity of each entry and only innovations released within the past 12 calendar months will be considered. Applications out of this date range will be rejected.
Judges value high quality, well-written entries based on facts that are supported by attachments such as photos, reports, case studies, videos, press clippings, presentations, etc.
In addition to relevance to the criteria the prejudging of the nominations will be based on:
- Aroma
- Taste
- Body
- Formula
- Presentation
- Overall impression, uniqueness and impact
Below categories will be prejudged based on:
- New F&B Startup Of The Year: Innovation, market impact, sustainability practices, growth potential, and customer engagement.
- Best Homegrown Restaurant: Concept originality, menu creativity, dining experience, customer service, and community engagement.
- Best Food Retailer: Merchandise variety and quality, embracing current trends, value for money, customer service, innovation, sustainability practices, and market impact.
- F&B Business Woman Of The Year: Leadership, innovation, business success, industry influence, and community impact.
